With its warmth, colours, varied textures and flavours, the Hawaiian-style poke bowl is a hit, featuring diced marinated salmon and tuna, accompanied by cherry tomatoes, avocado, shallots, radish, toasted sesame seeds, seaweed and a lime cheek, all sitting on top of warm rice. For a pasta option, try the house-made spinach and ricotta gnocchi, tossed with wild mushrooms, toasted pine nuts, baby sorrel, parmesan and truffle oil to produce greatness.
