If you are simply feeling a little peckish, enjoy the light crunch and creaminess of the grilled Cambray ‘petit fromage’, which has a light smear of Vegemite … yes, that’s right, Vegemite! Otherwise, the steak and eggs (steak tartare) is highly recommended by the staff. Larger plates include the beef short rib with wagyu rump cap or, for a vegetarian option, there’s a plate of haloumi with heirloom tomatoes, which includes a touch of curry powder to create quite a unique dish.
