Nicely chargilled octopus with spicy ‘nduja topping is a perfect start to your meal. For main course, the excellent quality pork has a lightly crisped skin and enticing eggplant puree with a smoky finish and rich hazelnut flavour. Pickled apple pieces add an extra dimension to the well-combined flavours. Served atop slices of house-made sausage with a side of steamed radicchio, the sliced duck breast is accompanied by a rich fennel jus with a more-ish licorice flavour. Sweet and tangy sour pear perfectly offsets the richness of the duck and the salty jus.
