You will love Chef Mark Wiseman’s approach to his offerings at this fine establishment. Everything on the menu is an international crowd pleaser, which will make your decision very difficult. There is a variety of dining areas where one can choose to enjoy your meal – at the bar, outdoors, or in the indoor dining room that overlooks the outside beer garden. The concise menu features entrees, mains and Duck classics. Greatness is achieved in the Korean twice-fried chicken burger with house-made kimchi, sriracha mayo, lettuce and beer-battered fries is delicious. All components – from the lettuce leaf and cabbage to the chicken –have a great textural mouthfeel. It is hard to pass up on the herb-crusted duck breast schnitzel with creamy spaetzle, garden peas, sauerkraut and parsley – perfect comfort food for the cooler months. Or perhaps you’d prefer a dish to share? The Duck Inn Pub & Kitchen has this covered with two tempting options. PSST!
