The dining room has an Italian feel with white tablecloths, dark drapes across the windows, and modern, elegant light fittings – a perfect stage for the personal and friendly service.
Enjoy nibbles of luscious olives and dip crusty bread into quality olive oil while you peruse the menu and make your selections. Perhaps you’ll opt for a pasta dish, such as gnocchi quattro formaggi, a nice adaption of this classic dish, with caramelised leek and zucchini strips that lift the four cheeses and highlight the perfect texture of the gnocchi. Involtino di coniglio, presents moist and tender deboned rabbit, rolled up with spinach, pine nuts and scamorza cheese, the delicate truffle sauce lifting the dish even higher. This showstopper is a tribute to the chef’s skills.
