Located in SKYCITY Adelaide, Sean’s Kitchen is a New York-style brasserie that offers the best of South Australian produce in a range of delectable dishes. The restaurant is open and airy yet still intimate, with indoor and outdoor seating available.
With a focus on fresh seafood and grilled meats, Chef Connolly’s menu is enticing. Popcorn cauliflower with lemon mayo is a light and tasty way to start your meal. Small florets are battered and gently fried until crisp; the citrusy mayonnaise cuts through the richness of the coating. Sardines and soldiers features white anchovies lounging on dark rye toast rectangles. Cream and onions add another layer of flavour to this simple yet delicious dish.
