For over 20 years, George Pompei’s Bondi Beach neighbourhood trattoria has been serving fresh, thin-crusted, crispy pizza topped with the freshest Italian ingredients, as well as a range of delicious handmade pastas and traditional main courses. On a bright, sunny day, you can sit outside on the pavement and watch the sunset and the hustle and bustle of people going by, or, for something more intimate, the inside dining space is surprisingly large! The wine list has been curated to pair perfectly with the cuisine while highlighting the diversity of Italian organic and biodynamic producers. In this family-friendly restaurant, start your Italian culinary journey with some antipasto before indulging in something from the range of traditional pizza, calzone and pasta. If you are looking for something a little heartier, the veal saltimbocca or veal cotoletta certainly fit the bill! Spaghetti con burrata is an enjoyable meal, combining al dente pasta with cheesy goodness … and then, of course, there’s the incredible pizzas! PSST! The best part?
