Woolloomooloo’s wharf dining precinct has long been known for its great restaurants and OTTO is one of the most established and also one of the best! Being a stone’s throw away from the harbour, there are few outdoor dining areas with luxury boats moored in the foreground and such beautiful views over the city skyline. There is a lot of care and consideration put into the produce selected by OTTO, with the 250g Grainge Signature Black Angus sirloin MBS3+, smoked tomato, capsicum, caperberries and oregano being a perfect example. Likewise, the 250g Byron Bay Berkshire pork cutlet, apple, walnuts and prunes presents exceptional quality pork with the richness of the prunes contrasting perfectly with the acidity of the apples.
