Located on vibrant Beaufort Street, Must Winebar is a Perth institution. A welcoming entry leads to the restaurant, which is surrounded by shelves of wine bottles.
As the name suggests, this is a wine bar, so perhaps start with a glass of wine and a few oysters? You could continue with the Must charcuterie plate – with terrine, pâté, pork rillette and exquisite chicken liver parfait, this is quite the regal dish and perfect for sharing! For an entree all to yourself, the pork cheek, apple and quince is delightful, or maybe you’ll be tempted by grilled Shark Bay tiger prawns? The main course offerings include confit duck leg, Kalbarri pink snapper and a superb vegan paella. Or you could share the Liberty free-range roasted chicken or grilled dry-aged Hyden sirloin on the bone – two dishes worth coming back for!
