With one of the most affordable degustation menus in town (at $100 for 8 courses with wine pairing), Métisse has arrived – thanks to owners Opel and Julia Khan. Opel is a hospitality veteran and he has entrusted Head Chef Benoit Lollichon (ex-Restaurant Guy Savoy) and his own daughter Lucinda Khan as sous-chef to deliver his vision. Métisse is chic, modern and French-inspired. With beautiful flowers lining the room, French music playing and black tables and chairs, the room maintains an intimate feel, even when full. Diners can expect entrees of beef tartare with crostini or foie gras parfait, mains like chicken roulade with cauliflower or duck leg confit with French beans cassoulet and luscious sides, including truffle mash.
