Argentine native Nicolas Arriola is Head Chef at La Boca Bar and Grill, and brings with him a wealth of experience acquired while working in respected grill restaurants all over the world. His expertise in grill techniques ensures the tradition and heritage of the Argentinian barbecue is proudly showcased to diners. The restaurant has a distinct vibrant character and with the wood-fire parrilla in the open kitchen, there is an obvious care taken in the preparation of the high-quality ingredients on the grill. Feast on a range of different entrees and meaty mains that really are the core focus of the menu, be it slow-cooked pork ribs, flame-grilled mixed grill or a classic and perfectly seasoned in-house dry-aged sirloin. All have a delightful smoky flavour from the parrilla and are best accompanied with a quality Malbec for the full dining experience.
