The menu is extensive and lovers of rustic, traditional Italian food are well catered for at Grano. Even though the restaurant is in the middle of a light industrial area, as soon as you enter you will feel like you have been transported to a small village in Italy. This is authentic Italian food at its best. Simple dishes made with fresh ingredients will be sure to please. The lunchtime menu offers more casual dining, with burgers, pizzas and light meals available. For the dinner sessions, dishes are more substantial and the menu is extensive. To start your meal, why not try the tender and flavoursome calamari fritti (salt and pepper calamari), served with a beautiful sweet sugar syrup. For main course, the cotoletti (lightly crumbed chicken) is served on a rustic board with fries and a salad of tomato, red onion and basil. And, in true Italian style, they have seriously good coffee for the perfect finish to the meal. PSST! This is a perfect place to pop in for lunch.
