The menu offers a range of mouth-watering small and large share plates. Start with perfectly charred asparagus paired with creamy mayonnaise and a topping of finely ground macadamia nuts; heritage roe gives an added complexity to the dish. Featuring fresh tuna cubes teamed with a subtle basil and almond cream, grapes, cucumber and pickled shallots, the tuna share plate is sure to tempt.
