Efendy’s menu is designed for sharing, creating a relaxed, family-style environment. The menu reflects and combines traditional and modern Turkish cuisine, with offerings like Chef Sivrioglu’s signature dish from the stone oven: juicy kadayif prawns with walnut–capsicum muhammara, beautifully presented on a hand-crafted stone plate. From the selection of appetisers (meze), the smoked eggplant with tahini and pistachio, served with warm pita bread, is another great choice. For mains, try the classic Iskender: beef scotch fillet cooked on the charcoal mangal and served with a rich tomato sauce and pide bread.
