The decor has a distinct Scandinavian feel. Open for dinner only, Co-Op Dining is the perfect venue for a romantic dinner, while ‘foodies’ may be tempted by the creative degustation menus – five or ten courses, with the option of wine matching.
With the menu changing weekly, there are 52 reasons to come and try this delightful food with a West Australian twist. While beautiful local produce, such as dry-aged mutton meatballs and Pilbarra line-caught king threadfin, is the focus of the menu, the house-made pumpkin bread is a must to open proceedings. If it’s on the menu, don’t miss the applewood-smoked Berkshire pork, fermented bok choy and bravo apple – a simply stunning dish!
