Whether you sit out on the deck or inside among the island-themed decor with comfy leather chairs and wicker furniture, you can start with a number of fresh meals for the table. From pub classics, healthy salads, hearty mains, fresh seafood and stone-baked pizzas, the casual yet classy Charing Cross Hotel has something for everyone. To start, try the kingfish and scallop ceviche, served in a crunchy cos lettuce cup with a zesty dressing. Seafood lovers will enjoy the crispy-skinned, pan-fried barramundi with fresh peas and asparagus. For those who enjoy a burger, don’t go past the kitchen’s special Charo burger – a classic burger, with perfectly cooked meat, a fluffy bun, fresh ingredients and their speciality sauce.
