Co-owner/Chef Neil Gottheiner and Chef Maxim Petit have developed a Mediterranean-inspired menu with a focus on the very best of Australian produce. Just a few blocks back from busy Bondi Beach is where you’ll find this quaint, funky, classy, neighbourhood restaurant. There’s a welcoming, easy-going vibe about the place and service is friendly and accommodating. The dinner menu has something for everyone – entrees range from mahi ceviche with sweet potato and avo puree or lusciuous crispy pork belly, while vegetarians (and meat lovers too!) will enjoy the warm burrata or the roasted cauliflower with shwarma spices, almonds, currants and sage brown butter. The mains are hearty and tempting, so decision-making is a challenge! Be tempted by snapper with eggplant and roasted capsicum or lamb rump with spicy harissa, rosemary labna, grapes and purslane salad. The focus on flavour and texture throughout the meal is inspired, and you will definitely leave feeling satisfied and encouraged to come back, thanks to the vibrant menu options and excellent service.
