The Seaforth duo of Chef Ajay Mathur and customer service queen Neeta Mathur have been treating customers to Indian food and hospitality culture for over 10 years. The phones ring off the hook for reservations and take-away orders, food and drink is produced efficiently, yet calmness is maintained throughout service by the smiling, interactive staff.
Bijolias is an enjoyable dining experience, presenting fine Indian cuisine with a focus on the northern regions of India. Check out the naan selection on the menu, and perhaps try the Peshawari naan and keema naan for something different, and as a change from steamed basmati rice, try the Kashmiri pulao as an accompaniment to your main dishes. You will love the zing in the zhinga coconut masala, a curry of tiger prawns in a peppery onion–tomato sauce enhanced with coconut cream, coriander and nutmeg, and the succulent chicken in the murg makhani (butter chicken) is divine.
