Start with the whipped salt cod with potato, crème fraîche, roe and flatbread. Crunchy on the outside, beautifully balanced and perfectly seasoned, the fluffy salt cod is served with a dash of crème fraîche and is ideal to enjoy with with a cold beer or a fresh, crisp glass of riesling. Many dishes are traditional and left to speak for themselves like the baked pork and veal meatballs with tomato sugo. This rich and beautifully textured dish is sure to impress even the fussiest Italian!
