Start your evening with some stuzzichini, such as polpetti al sugo (meatballs in tomato sauce) and suppli ai formaggi (arancini with truffle and parmesan cheese) or zucchini flowers. Then, make some room for a classic margherita pizza. As expected, the pizza is paper-thin, lightly topped with ingredients and has a fluffy, blistered crust. Even though the pizzas are hard to go past, there is also the option of fish or risotto of the day, or the melt-in-the-mouth, tastefully presented osso buco for the meat eaters.
