Sitting within this modern, private dining space, you will notice a soft palette of colour coordination. Various points are illuminated in a romantic and discreet fashion, all of which is matched by bright welcoming smiles.
The menu is creative and innovative. Various combinations and cooking techniques are used to enhance the natural character of the ingredients. The ever-popular kimchi dumplings are a hit, with a beautiful presentation and ginger foam that actually plays a flavour and textural purpose. Filled with smoked king oyster mushrooms, red cabbage and cashew hoisin, the steamed buns should not be missed. For a substantial meal, try the spicy udon offering, comprising udon noodles in a curry-like sauce with shiitake mushroom, red mustard, toasted cashew and togarashi.
