The menu is structured for sharing, with a variety of smaller options to start. Whet your appetite with the pani puri: crispy parcels filled with spiced potatoes and zingy tamarind chutney that explode with flavour. From the larger dishes, try the fragrant lamb curry – rich, hearty and infused with cardamom. Vegetarians will enjoy the palak paneer gnudi – compact rolls of pan-fried paneer served on a spinach sauce infused with lemon pickle – a subtle yet addictive dish. With two tandoor ovens operated by trained experts, you can’t go wrong with either the charred, tender, corn-fed chicken or the spicy Goan pork tikka.
