Chef Li Ho’s menu at The Century captures the essence of authentic and classic Cantonese cuisine, focusing on live seafood, as well as offering non-seafood dishes using the freshest local produce available.
This contemporary restaurant is located at The Star, just a few metres from the main entrance. As you enter, you will pass by tanks filled with live seafood, including rock lobsters, abalone, mud crabs, coral trout and barramundi. The Century’s wine menu is exceptional.
Time spent on choosing from the extensive food menu pays off. The mixed steamed dim sum platter is a great way to start your meal. Follow with steamed fresh squid with garlic, carefully prepared to keep its structure, texture and tenderness. The sautéed fresh scallops are plump, full flavoured and rich in aroma, with crunchy honey beans providing the necessary texture. Served warm, the classic roasted duck (half size, with bone in and skin on) is delightful, with full-flavoured and tender meat.
PSST! The Century can accommodate private bookings for 6 to 70 people in their private and semi-private rooms.
