You could start with the beautifully presented seared scallops on cauliflower puree and paired with crisp, fresh cubes of apple, or try tender charred octopus on potato confit with chorizo and jalapeño pesto. The pork cutlet is a satisfying serve of moist, tasty pork in a light, crisp panko crumb, complemented by roasted sweet potato and a creamy, tangy slaw. Delicious tagliatelle pasta is dressed with a generous amount of crab and fine shavings of guanciale.
