The cured ocean trout is an attractively presented dish; the vibrant orange fresh fish is accompanied by a shaved fennel and apple salad dusted with sumac. From the mains, the slow-cooked spiced beef cheek comes in a rich sauce flecked through with small florets of cauliflower, and diced preserved lemon adds a touch of lightness.
PSST! For your next function, check out the mezzanine level, which is perfect for large group dining.
