The menu is inspired by the great steakhouses of North America, with the addition of some exceptional seafood options. Wood-fire grilled baby octopus is an exquisite salad with a gorgeous presentation. Smoky charred octopus is dressed in a vibrant hand-pounded basil pesto and accompanied by sliced potatoes, crunchy pine nuts and fresh peas. King prawns with goat cheese tortellini, burnt butter, raisins and pine nuts is a masterclass in balance and texture. The silky tortellini pairs beautifully with the plump prawns.
