The brave and diverse menu works very well, and proudly promotes the chefs’ dedication to curing, pickling, baking, brining and smoking. Salmon, wakame, wasabi and ponzu is inspired by the flavours of Japan. It is a fresh and zingy dish that will get your tastebuds into gear.
