The octopus dish is a feast for the eyes, yellow confit potatoes are served with charred deep purple octopus that has been steamed and then lightly grilled, accompanied by earthy romesco sauce and light lemon aioli. Pasta is done well and the pork and sage risotto is no exception – rich and intense with slices of artichoke throughout. Fish of the day may be snapper, the whole fish dressed in a delicate butter and parsley dressing and topped with roasted tomatoes.
