The menu features a wonderful selection of Japanese favourites, all designed with sharing in mind. Start with the carpaccio of porterhouse: seared slices of tender beef, perfectly seasoned with slightly sweet and salty shio koji, with a little bite of wasabi and a little crunch from toasted garlic flakes. For a taste sensation, try the crab and nori tempura: luscious crabmeat wrapped in nori, fried in a light and crisp batter and sprinkled with a little lemon and nori salt. Simple black cod, miso marinated and grilled, is perfectly tender and tasty, and comes with a refreshing green salad and pickled red ginger spears.
