Chef Arumugam’s menu really takes you on an Indian adventure. Curries are varied in their heat levels with most made mild. The chicken makhani is a crowd favourite, with tender pieces of chargrilled chicken in a tomato, cashew and honey sauce finished with cream. The garlic paratha makes for an excellent side to soak up all that leftover sauce that is too good to waste! Banquet menus are available for groups of four or more and are a great way to sample a lot of the dishes.
