Executive Chef Dan Hong and Head Chef Matthew Swinhoe present a modern Asian fusion concept menu that ducks and weaves through everyday ‘fast food’ and classic South-East Asian style. The glowing red lights of Ms.G’s beckon from the street and the pumping four-level space is adorned with jungle swinging ropes, long wooden tables and quirky design features throughout.
Plates both small and large are ideal for group sharing. The cheeseburger spring roll is just so: it looks like the well-known entree staple in any suburban Chinese take away, but bite through and the familiar aroma and taste of beefy patty, melted cheese, ketchup and pickles explodes. The crisp bottoms and silky steamed tops of Chiang Mai gyoza build a lemongrass bridge from Japan to Thailand and pack a garlic flavour punch with vinegary soy and chilli dressing.
PSST! Check out the ‘Stoner’s Delight’ dessert at Ms.G's. You know you’re curious, just don’t inhale!
