Steak is certainly the star. Cooked to perfection, the speciality steaks don’t come with sides, so make sure you order from the delectable accompaniments on offer. Try the wagyu-fat fried potatoes with garlic and rosemary – crisp on the outside, fluffy within – or perhaps opt for the beautiful combination of young carrots and chorizo with ewe’s yoghurt and red pepper jam.
