Chef Braden White of Ricky's and The Apo fame has brought the successful Miss Moneypenny’s from the Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast. Chef White brings with him a global knowledge, turning out dishes from innovative bar snacks to popular favourites with a signature spin.
The modern, sleek room has been wonderfully fitted out with guest comfort in mind, with ample room between the enormous tables, super comfy banquettes and seats, and soft music playing in the background. There’s an open kitchen, and a long bar running along one side of the room. The venue would be great for large groups and has small pockets that provide an intimate setting for date night.
With a bar menu, pizza menu and à la carte selection, there is something for everyone. A global approach to the à la carte menu sees a melange of flavours from piquant Coral Coast barramundi, warrigal, XO potato and clam puree to shared whole BBQ chicken, fermented harissa, sumac yoghurt, BBQ onion petals and pickled green chilli.
