The menu offers punchy, smallish dishes designed to mix, match and share. Many of the dishes feature paired, distinctively different but complementary flavours, such as the mussels with earthy, spicy ‘nduja, served with a delightfully springy fried flatbread. A tender confit duck leg is served on hearty, braised borlotti beans infused with green mustard, the piquant flavour a delicious foil to the rich duck. The vegetable dishes are full of interest, such as a salad of fennel with cool and mild squacquerone and green olives.
