The fit-out respects the heritage of the building while incorporating modern edges, lights and shapes.
Vitello tonnato is a traditional Italian dish, served with a modern twist at LOT.1 – fresh, delicate, raw yellowfin tuna and paper-thin slices of veal are scattered with fresh caper berries for a natural saltiness, while a horseradish mayo adds a delicate creamy finish. The twice-cooked beef short rib is so tender it falls apart – no need for a knife! The averna glaze is sticky, sweet and slightly bitter and takes the beef to a new level of amazing.
