Swedish-born Chef Philip Stenvall, formerly of 121 BC Cantina & Enoteca, delivers a menu drawing from Spanish and Italian influences. His short menu changes weekly (as a minimum!), as he takes pride in curating it around the local produce he can source.
This small venue is beautifully designed, featuring timber walls, marble-topped tables, green leather benches, mosaic flooring and a wine wall. It is a perfect place to gather after work, go on a date or to visit with a group of friends.
Start with smoked king prawns, served simply with a delicious saffron aioli and lemon. Follow with risotto, cooked to perfection. Prepared in the traditional ‘cacio e pepe’ style, using a generous amount of pecorino and crushed pepper, this mouth-watering dish is topped with thinly sliced pan-fried button squash and sprinkled with roasted nuts. The grilled tuna steak is served rare on a bed of crunchy green beans with a smooth garlic butter.
PSST! The menu is designed to share, a group of four will ensure you can taste a number of dishes and enjoy true culinary delights!
