Mark Archer (ex-Tomislav, Tabou, Pello and Becasse) brings a wealth of talent and experience to the table. The restaurant is also known for its bar, and there’s a great inner-city vibe to the venue, perfect for an after-work meal and drinks but also suited to couples and small groups celebrating a special occasion.
The food is Mediterranean influenced – it’s uncomplicated, with a variety of dishes to suit different tastes. For the clam risotto, well-seasoned, tender, juicy clams are teamed with a zesty parsley and herb risotto. The finishing touch is a nottoo- spicy, yet satisfying, fresh horseradish cream. Perfectly seasoned and cooked to order, the succulent sirloin steak is accompanied by grilled, seasoned sweet onions and topped with a perfectly balanced Dijon mustard cream.
