Since it first started out 15 years ago, the Rameau family has gone from strength to strength. The cuisine of the self-taught Master Chef of France, Rachel, has been further refined by that of her son Valentin, and the lucky customers are treated to this four-handed effort in the kitchen. As for Claude, our Sommelier of the Year 2020, he has reinforced his young team in the dining room, to once again delight customers with their shrewd wine recommendations. All this is set to music in a colourful and very personal dining room that reflects the contagious good humour of the hosts.
