Executive Chef Frantisek Ilizi has designed a menu that reflects both his European background and the beautiful products of Western Australia.
Lunch in the sky, or dinner if you prefer, provides one of Perth’s best views, as the restaurant on Level 33 of St Martins Tower revolves to showcase the city panorama. You may be entering a fine dining restaurant with a stunning view, but the atmosphere is welcoming and inviting.
If you thought the main attraction was the view, well wait until you see the menu and what’s on your plate! Entrees include West Australian scallops with mushroom, kangaroo croquette or duck parfait with house-made brioche, teamed with unexpected sour cherries – what a delight! Main courses are just as exciting and beautifully presented. House-made gnocchi with gorgonzola remains a go-to dish or try the Cone Bay barramundi with a generous serve of scallops or the tender black Angus fillet served with braised oxtail pie, charred chestnuts and a tasty jus.
PSST! Did we mention the hand-cut chips with house-made truffle aioli? They alone are worth the trip!
