Chef Best’s menu embraces the freshest seafood with a respectful nod to global flavours. Ordering a serve of their made to order nigiri or sashimi is a delight. A tuna starter comes delicately seared, atop an oceanic sauce and partnered with a creamy quail egg. Choosing from their seafood mains is the most difficult decision of all, but try the sweet Patagonian toothfish, partnered with a marvellous citrus sauce and an entertaining popping of fresh roe.
