Open for lunch and dinner (and brekkie on weekends), the Bondi Hardware culinary team have put together a menu comprising small and large share plates, together with sides, salads, dessert and cheese, for a real togetherness feel.
Wood is part of the genetic makeup of the interior, punctuated with greenery, and with an overall workshop theme. The bar is a hive of activity, with the bar team whipping up exotic cocktails, such as a spicy margarita and a rhubarbra Streisand.
Latin, French, and North American influences can be seen throughout the menu, creating a fun modern trend in the food scene. The coconut chicken slider with apple, carrot and spicy peanut sauce is a showstopper – it has crunch, it has flavour, it’s attractively presented and great value for money. Louisiana crab cakes with green chilli aioli and lemon are another favourite among the Bondi crowd: five balls of crabby goodness are golden fried and will easily disappear once they reach the table.
PSST! Check with the wait staff on their daily pizza option, which is determined by the inspiration of the chef.
