Executive Chef Harry Lilai (formerly of 400 Gradi) has fine-tuned the Italian menu at Baby, ensuring that the diverse dishes are authentic and flavoursome. A neon sign draws the crowds to this popular restaurant, where they enjoy a vibrant atmosphere. All the favourites are on the menu – from pizza to pasta – and there are a few surprises as well. Gamberi is a simple but delicious pizza with a thin and crunchy crust. Piled on top are juicy tiger prawns, fior di latte, grilled zucchini, air-dried tomato, rocket leaves and chilli. Gnocchi alla zucca features plump, house-made pillows of goodness lounging in sage-infused pumpkin puree. Loaded with tasty parmesan, this gnocchi is comfort food at its best.
