With a prime waterfront location upstairs at Barrack Street Jetty, Aqua Bar is a firm favourite with locals and visitors alike. Executive Chef Dino Protopapas has created a beautiful modern tapas menu with a nod to his Greek heritage. The shared plate menu is simple and elegant, and matches well with the sophisticated wine and cocktail menu. Pork three ways is particularly delicious, with a plentiful serving of tenderloin, pulled pork and maple bacon alongside crispy crackling. Apple chutney and candied apple peel balance the richness of the pork. Greek-style chargrilled octopus is tender and well presented. It comes with a tasty Mediterranean bean salad.
