Andre Ursini is the brains behind the eponymous Andre’s Cucina & Polenta Bar and brings characteristic flair and contemporary Italian flavour to Adelaide’s restaurant scene. An alumnus of the original Masterchef series, Andre pays homage to the traditions of his northern Italian ancestry through deliciously crafted cuisine, without culinary pretension, creating a fresh and dynamic dining experience.
