It is a winning comeback for the "Top Chef" and his wife in this sumptuous Villa with its small dining rooms and bistro atmosphere. The service is friendly but efficient, reflecting the work back in the kitchen. After an attractive beef tataki in a teriyaki sauce with black garlic and a variety of onions, one perfectly cooked and seasoned dish is followed by the next, sometimes balanced but always tasty and delicious. The meal draws to an end with a riot of freshness, as was the case for the mousseline of mandarines with crunchy fennel under the meringue. A well-deserved title of Remarkable New Restaurant for Emeline & Thomas Murer who deserve two toques from the outset.
