In celebration of the launch of his new cookbook Marriage of Flavours, esteemed Chef/Restaurateur Scott Pickett is hosting an event at fire-fuelled , with guests to be treated to an evening of expertly cooked food and enlightening conversation. Tickets include snacks and a three-course menu, with wine pairing option. Marriage of Flavours will be available for purchase, with Pickett on hand to sign each copy.

Savaterre Wine Dinner at Matilda 159 Domain
Celebrating pours from the rolling foothills of the Victorian Alps, Matilda 159 Domain will be hosting a wine dinner with Beechworth winery Savaterre. Guests can expect five wine pairings with three courses, including expertly cooked dishes from Matilda’s wood-fired oven, such as dressed spanner crab, flatbread, prawn butter; kangaroo tartare, beetroot, rhubarb; and Sher wagyu rump cap 9+, black garlic, wild mushroom.
