Over three exciting and hands-on talks, join Kirk Pearson, Head Barista at ST. ALi; Ayden Graham, founder of KUURA tea and 2016 National Tea Brewers Cup Champion; and Sacha Nourse, Starward Whisky Global Brand Educator.
Kirk steers the ship as Head Barista at the pioneering specialty coffee roaster ST. ALi. He’ll walk you through the perfect preparation for filter coffee, using techniques and tools used every day behind the bar, making this drink easy to replicate at home. Ayden Graham, founder of specialty tea company KUURA and national tea champion himself, will repeat the feat replacing coffee with tea. He'll prove you can easily elevate the humble cup of tea to something else entirely. Sacha Nourse will round out these exciting lectures, showing how these two drinks can separately be made into two superb bespoke cocktails featuring Starward Whisky.
