Celebrate spring with this awesome offer at The Botanica Vaucluse
has announced a new weekday ’Spring Seafood Special' available for lunch Wednesday to Friday.
The special menu is $55 per person for 2 courses, featuring gorgeous seasonal seafood dishes such as grilled octopus escabeche and roast Daintree barramundi fillet with a fresh salad of zucchini and watercress from Jamberoo Valley Farm (the restaurant gets 60% of their ingredients from the farm and as well as their kitchen garden onsite).
The seafood special, along with the à la carte Spring menu (breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktail list), showcases the farm-to-table ethos that The Botanica has come to be known for.
