Tokyo Tina Launches All-Vegan 'Feed Me' Menu

Lovers of the ever-pumping Japanese Chapel Street eatery can now indulge in a five-course degustation of vegan-friendly plates

Tokyo Tina’s All-Vegan 'Feed Me' menu kicks off with spiced edamame, crispy corn balls and king brown and oyster mushroom. Expect the likes of BBQ eggplant, miso ramen and crispy avocado bao to follow.

 

After a toss of wombok salad, punters will be tempted with vegan ice cream to conclude the eating frenzy. 

 

The full Vegan ‘Feed Me’ experience is $48pp and includes:

 

First Course:

Spiced Edamame

Crispy Corn Balls, sansho mayo

King Brown + Oyster Mushroom, yuzu kosho butter

Second Course:

Charred Cauliflower, black sesame, chiu chow chilli

BBQ Eggplant, miso glaze, tamarillo dressing, toasted panko crumbs

Third Course:

Crispy Avocado Bao, gochujang, coleslaw, avocado kewpie

Grilled Asparagus, soy milk + koji emulsion, pickled green chilli

Fourth Course:

Miso Ramen, shiitake, enoki, oyster mushrooms, ramen egg

Wombok Salad, yuzu dressing, crispy chilli, cucumber

Fifth Course:

Vegan Ice-Cream
