Regional Victorian dining at its finest. Set in the heart of a historic wine region.
Located amongst 80-year old vines and with breathtaking views of All Saints Estate, Terrace Restaurant is a dining destination that presents a continuously evolving culinary experience. The superior, sustainable produce is accompanied by premium All Saints Estate wine.
All Saints Estate is a family-owned winery established in 1864 and located on the banks of the Murray River in Wahgunyah, North East Victoria. Owners Eliza, Angela and Nicholas Brown envisioned Terrace Restaurant as a venue that would impeccably match the high quality of the Estate wines and Head Chef Simon Arkless has discernibly brought this vision to life.
Arkless presents a fresh, sustainable approach to European dining, championing seasonal produce that is grown on the Estate. The produce is complemented by lamb, pork and fresh eggs that are farmed only metres away from Terrace Restaurant’s busy kitchens.
The menu at Terrace Restaurant changes every week to make the most of the produce available on the Estate. Highlights of the spring offering include:
Hiramasa kingfish crudo with blood orange, whipped cod roe, fennels and green olive
Estate-grown roast lamb, eggplant with pesto, spring vegetables and Woodside goats curd
Strawberries with white chocolate and milk crumb, basil cream and strawberry sorbet
Valrhona chocolate and hazelnut delice, crème fraîche ice cream

Chef Arkless and his team can be credited with rewriting the culinary landscape of the Rutherglen wine region, enticing guests from all over Australia to enjoy the intelligent, delicate and carefully crafted dishes while they visit the Estate.
Offering a truly holistic approach to dining – each stage of the process seamlessly flows into the other – from sourcing produce to the preparation of the menu, before culminating with a memorable dining experience.
